Pregnancy Yoga

Postures, breathing & relaxation to help ease some of the common discomforts of pregnancy, and prepare mums-to-be both physically and mentally for labour and birth.

Class times: Tues 1.00 – 2.30pm

Postnatal Yoga (mum & baby)

Have fun and bond with your baby as you learn postures, breathing & relaxation techniques to tone, strengthen and release tension in those areas where new mums need it most.

Class times: Thu 1.00 – 2.30pm
All classes open to members & non-members
Drop in: £7 (members), £9 (non-members)
